We do not store your payment card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, which maintains its own privacy practices. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

Email Addresses (Waitlist)

If you sign up for our waitlist or email alerts, we store your email address to send you notifications about new settlements and service updates.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: provide and operate the Service; generate personalized claim filing instructions via the AI Auto-Filer; process payments and manage subscriptions; send email alerts about new settlements (if you have opted in); respond to your inquiries and provide customer support; improve and optimize the Service; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. AI Auto-Filer and Your Profile Data

When you use the AI Auto-Filer, your profile information (name, address, etc.) is transmitted to our AI service to generate claim filing instructions. This data is processed solely for the purpose of generating your instructions and is not used to train AI models or shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use session cookies to maintain your authenticated state while using the Service. These cookies are essential for the Service to function and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and profile data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., payment records for tax purposes). Claim submission records may be retained in anonymized form for analytics purposes.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure session management, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time through your Profile page. You may also opt out of email alerts at any time by updating your notification preferences in your Profile. If you wish to request deletion of all your data, please contact us through the ClaimItAll website.

9. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data: Stripe (payment processing) and Manus (authentication and hosting). Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing their data practices. We encourage you to review their policies.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.
