By accessing or using ClaimItAll ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
ClaimItAll is an informational platform that aggregates publicly available class action settlement information and provides tools to help users identify and file claims. The Service does not provide legal advice, does not represent users in legal proceedings, and is not a law firm. All settlement information is sourced from public court records, official settlement websites, and legal news sources.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
ClaimItAll curates settlements that require no proof of purchase or documentation to file. However, eligibility for each settlement varies and may be limited by state of residence, product ownership, service usage, or other criteria established by the settling parties. ClaimItAll does not guarantee that any individual user qualifies for any specific settlement. Users are solely responsible for verifying their own eligibility before submitting a claim. Filing a claim for a settlement you do not qualify for may constitute fraud.
Access to the full settlement database and AI Auto-Filer requires a paid subscription. Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Lifetime subscriptions are a one-time purchase with no recurring charges. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. ClaimItAll does not store your payment card information. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods.
The AI Auto-Filer feature generates suggested claim filing instructions based on information you provide in your profile. These suggestions are generated by an automated system and may contain errors or omissions. You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before submitting any claim. ClaimItAll is not responsible for any claim submissions made by users, including submissions based on AI-generated instructions.
ClaimItAll offers a referral program whereby existing subscribers may earn credits toward their subscription by referring new paying subscribers. Referral credits are applied automatically upon confirmed payment by the referred user. ClaimItAll reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time. Credits have no cash value and may not be transferred.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) file fraudulent claims for settlements you do not qualify for; (b) submit false or misleading information; (c) scrape, copy, or redistribute settlement data without written permission; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; or (e) use the Service in any manner that violates applicable law.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ClaimItAll and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Settlement information sourced from public records remains in the public domain. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from ClaimItAll's proprietary content without express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClaimItAll shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: missed claim deadlines, denied claims, errors in AI-generated filing instructions, or inaccuracies in settlement information. ClaimItAll's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ClaimItAll does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that settlement information will be complete, accurate, or current. Settlement deadlines and eligibility criteria are subject to change by the settling parties without notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.
ClaimItAll reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us through the ClaimItAll website.
